Apprentice TV Show star to build condominium
According to a published report, real estate mogul Donald Trump plans to develop a luxury condominium tower in Waikiki.
The New York-based billionaire and star of the T-V reality series "The Apprentice" has arranged to buy a parcel on Saratoga Road from Outrigger Enterprises to build a 200 (m) million dollar tower with California-based Irongate Capital Partners.
That's according to a report by The Honolulu Advertiser.
The 350-foot condo in the middle of Hawaii's famed tourism hub is expected to have 300 to 400 residential units and carry the Trump brand.
Outrigger has yet to finalize a contract for the project, so the tentative deal may not happen. Outrigger would not confirm or deny the report.
