Apprentice TV Show star Trump's right hand man leaving casino

The man who headed Donald Trump's Gary riverboat has resigned to manage a downstate casino planned for Orange County.Chris Leininger stepped down as general manger of the Trump Casino and Hotel to take the top job at French Lick Springs Resort and Casino, developers of the Orange County casino said.
Leininger started the new job Monday, said Robert Lauth, CEO of Lauth Group, a partner with the Blue Sky team, developers of what will be Indiana's newest casino.Candidates are being interviewed to replace Leininger in Gary, a Trump casino company spokesman said.Trump had plucked Leininger from Harrah's East Chicago casino in 2003 to head the Gary riverboat.Leininger had been vice president of finance at the East Chicago riverboat, which is now Resorts.Leininger also had been finance director at Blue Chip Casino in Michigan City, Lauth said.
